House Rules

- Please note, Lekkerberg is not equipped with air-conditioning or TVs.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but smoking is allowed on the terraces or balconies.
- Parties or visitors are not allowed, and rooms and shared facilities are only for use by the paying guest.
- Use of pool area entirely at the guests’ own risk.
- Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- Please note, the owner lives on the premises.
- Sections of Lekkerberg are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
