House Rules

Noise is not permitted to be considerate of the nature reserve and neighbours.
No sound systems are allowed due to the sound restrictions in the nature reserve.
Events are not allowed.
Day guests over and above the 12 guests booked are not permitted.
No smoking is permitted inside, but outside is allowed.
Transfers to and from Lanseria International Airport can be arranged with the local transfer company.
Pets are welcome, please advise how many will be joining you in advance of your stay.
Children must be supervised at all times at the dam and all bodies of water.
Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation.
