House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is strictly at 10:00 to allow for cleaning. Early check-out is allowed, and instructions will be provided by the host.
Firewood, ice, and braai packs can be purchased with prior arrangement.
Basic items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper, soap, firelighters, and matches are provided; guests must supply additional items if needed.
Please keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing others.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A fine of R1000 will be charged for smoking indoors.
Air conditioning and other appliances must be switched off when leaving the unit or socializing outdoors. Misuse of air conditioning may incur extra costs.
Wi-Fi is complimentary but limited, suitable for basic use in Units 1–4. Unit 5 has its own Wi-Fi and access to Disney Plus and YouTube. Connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, cellphone reception, or TV signal, are beyond the host’s control.
Laundry services are not available.
Cleaning during extended stays can be requested at an extra cost, but communal areas like braais are cleaned daily.
Guests may not eat or drink on beds to avoid damage; any damages will be charged.
The number of guests may not exceed the unit’s capacity, including children.
No day visitors are allowed.
This is a self-catering property for overnight stays only. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Smaller events are considered only if all units are booked by one group.
Alcohol is permitted but must be used responsibly. Guests with children are responsible for their safety and supervision. Children under 17 cannot stay without an adult.
The owner is not liable for any injuries, theft, or damages during the stay, nor for issues caused by natural disasters or service interruptions. Guests are responsible for their belongings and must report damages immediately.
