House Rules

Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is strictly at 10:00 to allow for cleaning.

Early check-out is permitted, and instructions will be provided by the host.

Firewood, ice, and braai packs can be purchased with prior arrangement.

Basic items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper, soap, fire starters, and matches are provided in limited quantities.

Please be considerate in terms of noise to avoid disturbing others.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Air conditioning and other devices should be turned off when the unit is vacated or when guests are outside.

Connection issues, including Wi-Fi, cellphone reception, or TV signal, are beyond the host's control.

Laundry services are not available.

Cleaning services are only provided upon request, but common areas and braai facilities are cleaned daily.

Guests are not allowed to eat or drink on the beds to prevent damage; any damage will be charged.

Any damage caused by guests must be reported immediately, and compensation for damages will be charged.

Day visitors are only allowed with permission.

The accommodation is for overnight self-catering stays only, and no parties, conferences, or large gatherings are allowed.

Guests with children are always responsible for their safety and supervision. Children under 17 may not stay without an adult.

The owner is not liable for any injuries, theft, or damage during the stay, nor for issues caused by natural disasters or service interruptions. Guests are responsible for their belongings.
