It is a residential complex and thus is no loud music allowed, and noise levels need to be kept to a minimum.
The braai area is on the balcony and not at the pool area
Please do not hang washing from the balcony rail
If you party/braai in the balcony area, please do not throw anything over the balcony.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
