Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Quiet time is 22:00 - 07:00.
An additional cleaning, laundry, and clean linen fee is charged on every 8th day for bookings longer than 10 days.
A refundable breakage deposit is payable upon arrival. It will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out once inspection of unit is completed and linen returned from laundry.
