Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that the following rules apply, and accepting the quotation signifies a guest’s acceptance of them.
Guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
The house has bed space for 10 people. A maximum of 12 people is allowed if pre-arranged.
Guests must produce identification upon arrival.
No additional guests will be allowed on the premises beyond the agreed number. Any changes must be arranged in advance with the House Manager.
Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed unless specifically arranged with the House Manager. The premises may not be sublet or used for any commercial purposes beyond what was agreed upon.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, to avoid disturbing neighbors and other residents.
Pets are only allowed on the property if pre-arranged with the House Manager.
Any breakages during your stay must be reported via a message to the contact number provided.
If the house is left in an excessively unclean state, including unwashed dishes, additional cleaning charges will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged at an additional cost.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly when smoking outside to prevent fire hazards and environmental pollution.
Electricity and other utilities must be used responsibly.
If a guest behaves unacceptably by civilized standards, they and their accompanying guests may be asked to vacate the premises.
If cleaning service is scheduled after your departure, we kindly ask that you leave the house in a neat and tidy condition, just as you received it.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times as agreed upon with the House Manager. If you have not pre-arranged alternate times, late departures may incur an additional fee.
The owners are not responsible for tenants' personal belongings or any liability related to personal accidents. Given the presence of a pool, we strongly advise all guests to exercise caution and supervise children at all times.
