House Rules

Pets are not allowed.

The balance is payable by electronic fund transfer or credit card on or prior to arrival. For direct deposits or electronic fund transfers to pay the balance, other banking details will be provided.

Keys will not be handed over until the full outstanding balance has been paid prior to or on arrival.

No parties of any sort are permitted at the property.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. In case of non-compliance, the host reserves the right to charge an extra night's stay for cleaning and airing the room. Burn damages to linen, carpets etc, will carry a charge. Designated smoking areas are outside.

Guests are expected to look after the keys responsibly. A charge will be made for lost keys. Guests must hand in their keys at the reception before departing.

All cars are parked at the owner's risk.

Guests have access to the guesthouse at all times upon obtaining your keys. However, as a courtesy to other guests, no disturbance or loud noise from 22:00.

Safeguarding valuables is the guests' responsibility, and lock-up safes are available.

Please note that items left behind by the guest must be collected or arrangements made for delivery at the guest's own cost within one month of departure. Thereafter all goods will be donated to a worthy cause at the discretion of Linhof Boutique Guest House, as they do not have the storage facilities for keeping goods indefinitely.
