Daily cleaning service can be arranged on request and is charged separately.

No pets.
No bookings will be accepted for matric vacations, bachelor, or bachelorette stays.
Damages will be deducted at replacement rates, any damages that exceed the value of the breakage fee will be billed to the renter and due before departure.
The breakage fee or part thereof as agreed will be refunded the day after departure.
