Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The cellphone signal isn't consistently strong at the property.
Please note that the farm is accessed by a gravel road.
Access to the river and swimming beach can only be accessed by a 4x4 vehicle, alternatively guests will need to walk approximately 500m downhill.
Guests must take note that there is a gravel slipway and small jetty that is only suitable for small, light boats, but can only be launched with a 4x4 vehicle.
There is a groundsman who could assist with cleaning of the unit at an additional cost, payment and cleaning to be arranged directly with the groundsman.
