House Rules

Guests must keep the furniture, together with the goods, in the same condition in which it was received for the full duration of his/her stay. Any broken or damaged goods will be charged to the guest.
Guests may not exceed the number of persons for which the reservation was made. Only the stipulated amount of guests may occupy the unit.
Day visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement made with the owner.
No loud music and noise, especially between 22:00 and 07:00, will be allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Off street parking is available for one vehicle only.
Check-out is strictly at 10:00.
Breakfast is available on request at an additional fee. Please book in advance.
- The outside Jacuzzi is not heated.
- Please be advised that only the cottage is pet-friendly and a R100 cleaning fee will apply.
