Maison de Ky Guesthouse A Sleeps 8 and has 3 en-suite rooms. The guesthouse is completely separate from the main building. The first room is furnished with a queen bed, double-volume cupboards, a wall heater, a small library, and extra blankets. The room has an open-plan bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, and wash basin. There is a separate enclosed toilet with an extractor fan. The room boasts views of the pool and main garden and is equipped with a TV. The second suite is furnished with a queen bed, has a wall heater, and features an open-plan bathroom that is fitted with a shower from the shower there is a private exit door with a lovely view that opens onto the pool and garden. The room is equipped with a TV, and built-in cupboards, and comes with extra blankets. The adjoining private en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, wash basin and toilet. The suite also boasts views of the pool. This family room can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is furnished with a double bed and a queen size sofa bed. There is a screen divider that separates the double bed and the sofa bed. The suite has a small en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guests that make use of the guesthouse share the self-catering kitchen that is available for all guests, it is equipped with a washing machine and a fridge. The guesthouse garden is a common area that is available for all guests. The sliding door from the Suite 3 lounge room opens onto the private patio.

Please note that only 3 dogs are allowed, please reach out to the establishment directly to arrange for more.
R600 per pet per stay.
R1000 dog deposit refundable.
Vaccinations – please ensure all vaccinations are up to date.
There are dog flaps on each of the buildings.
Any size dog is welcome (miniatures must be closely watched by the owner).
The courtyard can be locked as well to secure smaller ones from the bigger ones
High boundary walls all around the property – no fence. Tiny miniature dogs must be carefully watched over by the owner.
Dog safety is the owner's responsibility
Dogs are not allowed to sleep on the beds, please. Indemnity to be signed.
Please leave time to sign the inventory list and for each person on the property to sign an indemnity form before access to the Guesthouse is given.
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out 10:00.
There is a fully refundable remote control and key deposit prior to check-in.
Strictly no matric parties allowed. For any function event please contact the guesthouse first.
Please help save water and electricity put away any clean towel sheets and bedding in the closet if not used.
Strictly no vaping, bubbly, or smoking inside of the guesthouse. Only in the outside areas.
Only braai in the 2 designated spots. No braais or fires allowed on the grass pls.
There are outside bins everywhere. Pls empty the bins and carry all your rubbish, neatly tied in plastic bags, to the bins at the bottom of the panhandle driveway.
On checkout pls cover the terrace furniture with the couch covers in the storage boxes. Please put your private garden couch seats and cushions inside the Guesthouse.
There are 2 fridges. One is inside Guesthouse A and the other is on the Terrace in Guesthouse B(with the fridge side clear for use and 2 shelves in the freezer for use).
Turn lights off after use. Turn off the terrace and patio lights.
Tennis court floodlights for nighttime tennis are available for a fee.
Please keep driveway gates closed at all times for security.
Please protect the wood furniture and use coasters and ashtrays at all times.
The wifi password is on the extender on the microwave. Do not move the Wi-Fi extender or put water or any liquids near it.
Please do not throw cigarette butts in the pool or garden. Please use ashtrays or bins.
Please don't forget to lock up when sleeping. The lounge [Suite 3] toilet has 2 doors one inside and 1 leading outside. Lock the outside door. Please lock the aluminium door in Suite 2 leading out to the pool.
No glitter, confetti, photography smoke etc is allowed as it damages the pool, garden furniture and environment.
If it rains please push patio furniture inwards away from rain. Pls cover the couches and cushions with the couch covers in the storage boxes on the patio.
Please place all tennis and sporting gear safely back in the sporting storage box on the patio.

Maison de Ky Guesthouse B Sleeps 6 and is used for larger groups. It contains suites 4, 5 and 6, a second kitchen and entertainment terrace. There is a TV with Netflix in the reception area. Suite 4 is a smaller bedroom with a queen bed, cupboard, wall heater and bookshelf library. The bathroom is opposite it in the passage and has a shower, bath with a hand shower and toilet. The bathroom is shared with Suite 6 next door. It has a view of the garden and a side view of the tennis court. Suite 5 is the large main bedroom with a queen bed, mini bookshelf library, cupboard, extra blankets, dressing table and chair. There is a private en-suite bathroom with a hand shower in the bath and a toilet. It has views of the tennis court and garden. Suite 6 has a queen bed and shares the bathroom across the hall with suite 4. The kitchen is a common area for groups of more than 8. It has a breakfast nook, gas stove, electric stove and oven, a second washing machine, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils. There is a TV room in a common area for groups of more than 8. It has a TV, couches and a coffee table. There are 3 TVs on the property with Netflix. Guests have access to a dining room as well as a lounge area which is a common area for groups of more than 8 and it has a dining table and chairs. The dining table is also a pool table. The terrace has an undercover entertainment patio with a view of the garden and pool. It also has furniture, lounge seats, patio blankets and braai facilities which can be used for functions.
