House Rules

We require a minimum of 4 people to stay in the peak season.
Should two guests stay they will still be charged the price of 4 people.
Children up to 12 years of age will pay the child rate.
Children older than 12 years will pay a 100% adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
