The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a shower and basin. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. A washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher are also available. Leading from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table, perfect for family meals. The formal lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and opens up onto a spacious balcony that has a charcoal braai and outdoor seating.
