This room can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises 1 bedroom furnished with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, a spacious shower, and a washbasin. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. A small dining table with chairs is available and a TV with Netflix.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, but there is an ashtray available and guests may smoke outside.
Children between the ages of 0 and 2 stay free. Children between the ages of 3 and 18 pay 100% of the share price.
There are some resident pets on the premises including dogs, cats, chickens, sheep and donkeys. Children must be supervised at all times.
The resident donkeys, sheep and chickens will be happy to greet guests and are used to people, but guests must please not enter their enclosures and they must please feed nothing but carrots, apples or other fruits, as these can cause serious illness.
Each room is booked for a specific number of guests. If guests are going to receive day visitors, they must arrange this before arrival.
Towels may only be used for showering and bathing purposes. It may not be used at the pool as chlorine bleaches.
As the garden and splash pool area are shared with guests in other rooms, children must be under adult supervision at all times.
The parking lot is monitored by CCTV cameras for the safety of the owners and guests. Any arrivals and departures are also monitored.
No noise is allowed between 22:00 and 06:00.
