Marlu Farm Camp
Description
Bring your tent and camp on the banks of the Grootrivier, in the veld or in the mountains. Get away from people and get back to nature. This is a private wild campsite and only 1 reservation is allowed at a time. Ablution facilities provide running water, a flush toilet, hot water shower - donkey system, and enclosed kitchen area with scullery and work surface where a stove can be placed. The shady, quiet, peaceful campsites provide excellent bird watching opportunities with kudu and other game visiting to graze and drink water at the river. Swimming in the river are possible and, depending on the water level, also canoeing. The campsite is the ideal base from where to explore the farm by foot, 4x4 or 4x2.

Rates displayed are on a camping basis, and guests are required to bring along their own equipment.
House Rules
As an optional extra, our 3-course dinner is available for all camping guests.
Menu is available should you be interested.
All dishes are homemade and prepared by myself. Meals are served at the main house.
Cash bar available with dinner only.
Guests must make reservations in advance.
We also serve breakfast.
Preserved items, braai packs and freshly baked products can also be ordered timeously.
