Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Strictly no noise between 22:00 and 07:00.
No parties are allowed.
Breakage deposits will be refunded 5-7 days after check-out. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide us with banking details for the refund.
Any refuse needs to be placed in the bins provided. Excessive cleaning will be charged and may be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary.
All windows and doors are to be closed and properly secured with a latch to prevent monkeys and baboons from entering when not at the unit. Any damages and cleaning resulting from the baboon entry will be charged.
Firewood for the braai facilities and firelighters can be provided at an additional fee.
Breakfasts and certain meals can be arranged at an additional cost.
Welcome pack including sparkling wine and some treats can be arranged at an additional fee.
