Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Smoking is prohibited inside. If you or any of your guests smoke inside and the house must be cleaned according to the owner, you will be held liable for the cost of cleaning.
No overcrowding, if according to the owner, more guests are in the house than stipulated you or your guests may be requested to vacate the house and you will be liable for any fine to be paid.
No subtenants - you may not sub-let the house without the permission of the owner and you may not divide the period for other guests on the booking confirmation letter.
You will be held liable for the cost of any breakage or repairs at the house during your stay.
No noise - unacceptable noise levels or loud music will not be tolerated. If not adhered to, you will be asked to vacate the premises.
Power - limited units will be loaded and if more is needed the number is on the power box and can be bought at OK.
