Ideally located. 24 hour reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The security of the building was very good, access to floors was well controlled. We were unfortunate because arrangements to check in early were not noted at all (arranged 3 months in advance and again a week in advance), the day of the owner's booking agent still had no idea about the arrangements even though they were made with this person.
