Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For international guests, the breakages deposit must be paid in cash on arrival. Local residents are required to prepay this via EFT.
A late check-in fee of R250 is payable in cash upon arrival for check-ins after 18:00.
Maximum occupancy: 3 people sharing.
This accommodation is not child-friendly. No baby cots or high chairs are provided, so please bring your own if needed. Guests with small children are advised to take extra care as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings, and the swimming pool is not fitted with a safety net.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Unruly or noisy behavior will result in eviction without a refund. No parties or events are allowed on the property.
No loud music or noise is permitted after 22:00.
Loud music, parties, or excessive noise must be avoided at all times.
A cleaning surcharge will apply if the property is not left in a reasonable condition or if check-out occurs later than the specified time.
Housekeeping services are not included but are available as an optional extra. Please inform us well in advance if you require this service, as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of inquiry.
