This unit has a natural, rustic theme. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first room has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. There are 2 double sleepers in the living area for 4 children. The kitchen has a microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, oven, stove, crockery and cutlery. It leads to a veranda with a braai. In addition, there is a smart TV with an internet connection so you can watch Netflix programs online. DStv is available if you bring your own Smart card and a DVD player with a DVD collection, as well as a romantic shower outside.

A breakage deposit of R1100 per unit is payable before arrival.
Milkwood Beach Cottages will contact you regarding the payment. The breakage deposit includes damage done by smoking in the units. Smoking is strictly prohibited and the cost of cleaning services necessitated because of smoke will be deducted from the breakage deposit. The deposit will be refunded within one to three days after departure once the inspection is done.
1. Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 09:00
2. Own swimming towels to be brought along.
3. No refunds for guests who depart early.
4. A maximum of 6 guests per unit.
Any extra guests will be accommodated at extra cost as arranged.
The rate is for 6 people per unit.
The seventh and (max) eighth guests will pay R200 (high and low season) and R300 (peak season) over and above the quoted price. The amount will have to be paid on arrival.
5. Please return the keys to the owners before departure and leave the unit in the state it was found in.
6. Animals are welcome by prior arrangement. Extra costs may be incurred though.
7. All of our guests will received a contract and indemnity form which has to be signed and sent back before check-in.
8. Toiletries will be available in the houses on arrival, but guests have to get their own for the rest of their stay.
9. A basic cleaning service is provided once a week for stays that are longer than 7 days. This includes the making of beds, changing of sheets and the cleaning of the unit. A full-time cleaning service can be arranged at extra cost.
10. No excessive noise is allowed.
There isn't any SABC reception, but there is WiFi with Smart TVs, a DVD-player and a DVD collection. Netflix is free. DStv and other channels on the internet if you bring a membership number.

The first room has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 double sleeper couches in the living area for 4 children. The living area is open-plan and the kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven, crockery, and cutlery as well as a breakfast nook. The lounge has a comfortable couch and a smart TV with an internet connection for watching programs online. DStv is available if you bring your own Smart card. There is a long table for 8 in the lounge area. The unit leads out onto a patio and an outdoor braai area. There is also an outside shower. From the unit is a pathway directly to the beachfront.
