Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The home is in a nature estate and is regulated by a body corporate, as such estate rules apply and home rules do too.
The garage is for the owner's use but guests may use the washer and dryer in the garage.
To the right of the washer and dryer, there are yoga mats and picnic baskets for guests to use.
Please do not use the SUP boards, bikes, or any of the owner's other equipment.
Please keep the outdoor furniture inside if it rains.
Please use the allocated pool towels in the basket in the dining room by the sliding doors.
There is an 8KW inverter for essentials. Please refrain from using the microwave, oven and electric appliances.
There are LED lights on the stairs and the main bedside lights are on the little silver remote that operates the fan.
Please close all the doors when you're not at home as there are monkeys in the area.
No outdoor shoes are allowed indoors.
No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms.
Guests have access to the clubhouse and facilities but unaccompanied children are not allowed.
Please lock up and switch the lights off on departure.
