House Rules

- There is no pool net over the pool, so not suitable for small toddlers.
- The property is 1.5 km from the town of Mooi River, which is accessed via a dirt road. The dirt road leading into town is suitable for all vehicles except for very low-clearance vehicles.
- The owner lives in the cottage on the property. The only shared access between the house and the cottage is the driveway and parking area. The house is completely separate from the cottage.
