Mossel Bay Beach Cottage is a self-catering cottage that offers a relaxing seaside escape in a tranquil setting just a stone’s throw from the beach in Rheebok. This is an excellent option for a Garden Route getaway, boasting a 180-degree ocean view with the lights of Mossel Bay visible in the distance at night.

The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. This bedroom also opens onto the stoep. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These two rooms share the second bathroom fitted with a shower and basin. A separate toilet with a basin is located next to this bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available. The dining area features a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy meals together.

The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV with DStv, and free Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens onto a lovely wooden deck with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner while admiring views of the Indian Ocean.

Secure parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on the property. The front of the property is secured with a gate, while one side is bordered by a tall hedge and the other by indigenous low bush, making it suitable for guests travelling with dogs.

The cottage is approximately a 25-minute drive from George, 10 minutes from Great Brak River and Hartenbos, and 15 minutes from Mossel Bay. Nearby activities include wine tasting, hiking, fishing, game drives, helicopter flights, paragliding, whale watching between June and October, and the world’s longest over-ocean zipline. Guests may even spot dolphins gliding past while relaxing on the deck.
