Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please keep the house clean during your stay, this will make the check-out process much easier and pleasant.
If any damage occurs to the property or items on the premises, please inform immediately. The situation will be addressed to prevent any deductions from the breakage deposit.
Keep noise levels to a minimum during the night to respect the neighboring community and ensure a peaceful environment for all.
When enjoying a braai barbecue, please be very careful with open flames, especially in the surrounding fields. Fire safety is a top priority. No fire may be made in the coal stove; it is for decorative purposes only.
No fireworks or firecrackers are allowed on the property, as they are dangerous to our animals and can pose a fire hazard.
This is a smoke-free zone property. Please do not smoke inside the house, and be cautious when smoking outside, as it can pose a fire risk.
In the event of load-shedding and power outages, a caretaker on-site will assist with switching to the power generator. Please allow them access to the house to help.
If you wish to walk or explore the farm, please be aware of the animals and wildlife. Free-roaming cattle, snakes, and other farms or wildlife are part of the property. Stay alert and respect nature.
The property is designed to be as child-friendly as possible. The parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times, especially around animals and natural hazards like the electric fence.
No pets allowed.
The maximum of 9 people may not be exceeded. An inspection of this will take place on-site.
For all long weekends with public holidays, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
