Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please do not smoke inside the house.
Please respect the neighbours and do not make noise or play loud music between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
The property does not have garbage removal services in Leeupoort. Please take your garbage with you and drop it off on the left side of Gate 3 before you leave.
The house keys must always remain in the guest's possession. Duplication of keys is prohibited. Please place the keys in the safe by the front door before you leave and lock the safe.
Please do not leave any unattended fires. Make sure the fire is extinguished before going to sleep or leaving the house.
The property uses a septic sewer system. Please do not flush any foreign objects or sanitary items in the toilet. Also, avoid using any cleaning agents that are harmful to the sewer system.
Please do not feed the wildlife; they are in their natural habitat, and should not be disturbed in any way.
The rate includes gate entry for 1 vehicle. A fee of R100 per car is payable on extra vehicles.
