Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.
No children are allowed.
No pets are allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited within the unit.
Overnight guests are not permitted without prior consent.
Bookings will not be accepted from individuals under the age of 21.
Guests are welcome to use the Lifestyle Entertainment Centre; however, no additional visitors are allowed without prior consent.
