House Rules

The guest house owner, management or staff are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to the guest's property or person while in the occupation of the guest house.
The guest warrants that they satisfy themselves before arrival as to the condition and facilities offered by the guest house and are satisfied that they will suit the guest's requirements during their stay. Please report breakages.
The guest's account must be paid in full before occupying the guest house.
Only the number of guests booked and paid for are permitted to occupy the guest house.
All bank charges and fees are payable by the guest and will be added to the guest's account.
No loud noise and music are permitted. Guests are required to please respect their neighbours.
No smoking is allowed inside the guesthouses.
No pets are allowed.
