Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The balance and breakage deposit, please need to be paid 1 week before arrival.
No under 21's without parental supervision are allowed to stay in the apartment for the duration of their stay.
No trolleys are permitted in the apartment.
Cleaning services are not available during the stay and guests must please leave the unit clean as it was found upon arrival.
Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but guests can smoke on the balcony.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
