Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guest's departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and everything is in order.
Guests are requested to report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to the office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking, and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover the costs of steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.
If it is discovered that there are more guests staying in the unit than initially quoted or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.
A complimentary supply of toilet paper and guest soap is provided. However, as this is a self-catering unit, guests are responsible for replenishing these items at their own cost. Guests should also remember to bring dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials they may require.
Cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. Guests must book this service through the office at least 48 hours in advance and make payment directly to the office, not to the cleaner. Please note that the availability of cleaning services is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
