Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking is prohibited.
There are 3 security cameras outside that monitor the front and driveway area of the house, the backyard, lapa and pool.
No parties are allowed.
No noise after 9 pm on Mondays to Saturdays. No noise on a Sunday.
Towels may not be used outside the house. Guests must bring their own swimming towels.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times at the pool.
No extra overnight visitors are allowed on the premises without prior arrangement.
Wood is provided but should please be used sparingly.
