Please note with regards to the complaint about the wifi and aircon, We never offered it anywhere on Lekkeslaap in the description nor in the amenities offered. IF you had asked me before, I would of advised as such that these are not amenities that are offered.
The Security is offered by the High walls, electric gate and armed response... I am not really sure as to what other security we could offer?
With Regards to the lights, when you mentioned it to me on the night of arrival, I did respond straight away and got someone out immediately to go and check and sort it out. As mentioned at the time, the globes could of popped during the loadshedding, and unfortunately this is beyond our control, and can only fix the aftermath.
With Regards to the freezer, it was in Full working condition, however, I can only safely assume, that this appliance also got damaged during one of the many loadshedding times there are. This is unfortunately not a quick and easy fix.
I am not sure as to why I only got a 1 rating on customer service, as I was in constant contact with you whenever you had a question to ask and answered you accordingly..
I unsure on the 2 rating for cleanliness as you never mentioned any issues with regards to the state of the villa. The domestic helper did come on the Saturday to assist you as well.
