Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The price includes water, electricity and VAT. Standard occupancy 2 guests.
The price does not include service charge R100 per person and is paid to our caretaker together with balance of Rent

Security deposit of R 1000 is requested at check-in, together with balance of rent, and is fully refundable per bank transfer after check-out. This is a self-catering unit. You are expected to leave apartment in same great condition as you will find it on your arrival.
