Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

4 children under the age of 10 can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
Pets are welcome at an additional rate by prior arrangement. Please enquire.
All linen is provided. Guests need to bring their own bath and beach towels, groceries, cleaning liquids and toiletries.
A TV is available and guests can bring their own DStv decoder and remote.
A refundable breakage deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded once the house has been cleaned.
No smoking is permitted in the house at all.
The house is serviced on arrival and on departure.
Housekeeping is available, please enquire for rates.
