Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement.
Quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 08:00.
The property is intended for residential accommodation only and may not be used for commercial purposes, parties, or events without prior written consent.
Guests must take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety and that of others during their stay. The host assumes no responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during the rental period.
Guests are liable for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit.
Please note that the property is connected to the permanent residence occupied by the property manager and their family.
