Hierdie plek is nie opgradeerbaar as akkommodasie vir beskaafde mense nie. Ek het my verblyf binne 30 minute beëindig en uit hierdie plek vertrek. Die "Ontvangsdame" is die dogter van die eienaar wat in haar oorgrote sweetpakbroek en pantoffels vir ons oopgemaak het. Die buitekamer is die bediendekamer wat omskep is - en nie vreeslik goed gedoen is nie. Daar was nie eens diefwering voor die vensters nie! Die afwerking was sleg, die toiletbak was stukkend, daar was nie 'n lugversorger of waaier nie. Nadat ek aangedring het, is 'n waaier verskaf. Die WiFi is aangebied met 'n MTN-dongel. Daar was geen ketel, koppies ens. nie. Die swembad was half leeg, die water vuil, en die teëls om die swembad was gebreek en gevaarlik. Die garagedeure se motors was stukkend en moes met die hand oopgemaak en vasgehou word om in te ry. Daar was genoeg parkering, want die eienaar se kar was stukkend en sou die Maandag herstel word - net soos die swembad se pomp en die garagedeurmotors! Ons sou vir ses aande daar gebly het, maar het binne 30 minute besluit hierdie plek is nie vir ons nie!

The room is equipped with burglar bars on the door and backed by a comprehensive security system provided by Fidelity, which includes CCTVs, ensuring 24/7 protection. As clearly stated in our room description on LekkeSlaap, fans are provided instead of air conditioning. Our shared kitchen is fully stocked with crockery and pots for all guests to use, as outlined in our property description. Additionally, the pool is temporarily unavailable for use because it's undergoing maintenance or cleaning, as mentioned on LekkeSlaap. Regarding the WiFi issue, the Telkom network line was down citywide, but we promptly provided an MTN dongle as an alternative. We can't control external network issues but strive to mitigate any inconveniences. The manual operation of our garage doors resulted from motor issues due to countrywide load shedding - a reality we all face. Our property remains consistent with the advertised description. As for your past complaint about the paint colour, it's unreasonable to equate personal preference with cleanliness. Other guests have appreciated the room, especially for its privacy. We regret if your expectations exceeded reality, but we encourage future guests to familiarise themselves with property descriptions before booking to avoid disappointment.

Was nie aangenaam nie. Die handdoekreeling en toiletpapierhouer was af en geen plek om iets op te hang nie. Die verf dop af a.g.v. die vog. Die plafon benodig verf na waterskade. Die kussings is oud en dun. Slegs 2 kussings en geen keuse vir persoonlike voorkeur. Slegs water en geen koffie. Die watersisteem lawaai. Die gras is lank en slordig. Dit het gevoel of ons onwelkom was en die eienaar se rus versteur het met ons aankoms om 15:00.

If this was forgotten, it’s misleading to claim we don’t offer these amenities. Regarding the pillows, we provide options for additional pillows upon request. It’s unfortunate that you chose not to ask for more, as we’re always happy to accommodate guest needs. As for the towel rail and toilet paper holder, both are securely installed and have been functioning without issue since we opened. It seems you may have overlooked the towel rack, which is positioned above the bathtub, not down as suggested. You mentioned feeling rushed, but you were the ones in a hurry to leave for your event. We aim to make check-in as smooth as possible, but that process can only be rushed by the guests themselves. Finally, our grounds are maintained by a gardener who visits three times a week. The untidy appearance of the grass was a direct result of the heavy rain just before your arrival, something beyond our control. We strive for transparency and excellence in our hospitality and hope future guests see the value in our commitment to a pleasant stay. Thank you.
