Regarding the pillows, we provide options for additional pillows upon request. It’s unfortunate that you chose not to ask for more, as we’re always happy to accommodate guest needs.
As for the towel rail and toilet paper holder, both are securely installed and have been functioning without issue since we opened. It seems you may have overlooked the towel rack, which is positioned above the bathtub, not down as suggested.
You mentioned feeling rushed, but you were the ones in a hurry to leave for your event. We aim to make check-in as smooth as possible, but that process can only be rushed by the guests themselves.
Finally, our grounds are maintained by a gardener who visits three times a week. The untidy appearance of the grass was a direct result of the heavy rain just before your arrival, something beyond our control.
