House Rules

Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 08:00 on weekdays, and from 08:00 to 09:00 on weekends unless otherwise arranged. Please inform management if you wish to have breakfast later so that arrangements can be made.
Dinner can be arranged and is served from 19:00 to 20:00. Please book dinner by 16:00 if desired.

A light breakfast (juice, muesli, yogurt, toast, cheese, and jam) is included. A cooked breakfast is available from the menu at an additional cost.

Tea- and coffee-making facilities are provided in the rooms. No other food or beverages are allowed in the rooms. Guests can enjoy such on the deck or in the dining room.

Please note, that non-resident guests are not permitted in the guest bedrooms and must be received in the public areas. Visitors who frequent the rooms will be charged the normal daily rate.

Rooms are not serviced on Sundays and public holidays.

Please take note that the Utrecht is experiencing severe water supply problems. Local water pressure is very low. Guests are requested to use water sparingly.

Gates are locked at 22:00. Parking is at your own risk.

A laundry service is available in town.

Smoking is not allowed in rooms or public areas. Non-compliance may result in a fine. The Gazebo in the Garden is the only designated smoking area.

Damage to property, either by wilful action or negligence will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
