No keys will be issued until balance of payment is received. If this is not adhered to, the homeowner has the right to re-let the establishment and you the client will forfeit the deposit paid. You are automatically responsible for any losses/damages incurred to establishment property or goods. Owner has right of admission reserved - under no circumstances may the number of people stipulated above be increased unless agreed by homeowners. The accommodation owners believe in good faith that the accommodation chosen is to your liking.
