Awesome stay at Sand Piper. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand Piper. The area is so beautiful and peaceful. The apartment offers such a breathtaking view of the bay and the photos on the website definitely do not justify how spacious the unit actually is. We will definitely be going back here soon. Pleasant but not much space outside the accommodation out of the sun. Beach has very little space to sit in peak season. We were told by the estate chairman's wife that we cannot set up a gazebo as we have to share the beach. It seems we were targeted, as others leave their gazebos up for the entire stay. We did not appreciate the approach in front of my family, as we wanted to take advantage of our stay. So we decided to move to another beach outside the accommodation. We would much prefer a built-in braai out of the sun so the family can enjoy together out of the wind.

I was looking for something different and I found it. This ticked all of the boxes for me and my husband, it was a home away from home in every sense. For the first time whilst on a golfing weekend with my husband I did not accompany him on the course like I normally do, I stayed in this beautiful setting and enjoyed lunch on the balcony while listening to the most amazing music left by the hosts.
