House Rules
A courtesy cleaning service is available upon request from Tuesday to Saturday. Linen and towels are changed after every three-night stay.
Please note that noise is not permitted in any common areas of the building, and quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 to 05:00. Guests are required to adhere to the rules of the complex throughout their stay.
Day visitors are not allowed, and the maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Smoking is prohibited within the apartment and in the common areas of the building.
The apartment is strictly for vacation purposes only. Corporate guests are not permitted to promote their business in any form within the building or on the premises. The apartment may not be used for any business involving illegal trade.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited in all common areas of the building, including the corridor, parking area, and elevator. Vehicles parked in incorrect bays will be clamped, and a removal fee will apply.
Guests may face penalties or eviction if they fail to comply with these rules.
