Pierlynne 2 is an upstairs self-catering unit that can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and a toaster. The lounge contains seating and a TV with full DStv.

House Rules
The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.
The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by you.
Please remember to email the host your account details.
Please ensure that the outstanding balance is reflected in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order, we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
Guests are required to bring their own swimming and bath towels as well as a DStv decoder with a remote and card.
Toilet paper and cleaning chemicals are not provided.
Cancellation Policy - Custom
In certain cases when a deposit was paid and the client wants to cancel there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
More than 1 month before check-in, 50% deposit refunded.
More than 2 weeks before check-in, 25% deposit refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before check-in, 0% deposit refunded.
