By booking or entering the premises, guests accept the indemnity and pool indemnity waivers, available upon request from the owners. The owners are not liable, even in cases of gross negligence. Use of the villa and facilities is at the guest's own risk, and children must be supervised at all times by the booking party.

Dispose of waste properly; do not leave food or trash outside.
Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
Use water and electricity responsibly; turn off appliances when not in use.
Smoke outdoors and dispose of butts responsibly.
Do not exceed the maximum guest limit.
Adhere to check-in and check-out times.
Lock doors and windows when leaving and follow any security instructions.
