Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
It does include cleaning services once a week
However if you need more days, we will provide you our cleaner who will charge you R250 a day.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Strictly "No Smoking on the property" at all.

No noisy or wild parties as this is a residential street.
Please watch your kids to not fall in the water, as the water is 5 steps from the deck.

No swimming. This water is not intended to Swim in. You may enjoy canoeing and pedaling using your own gear rentable around here.

Leave the house and garden in the condition you found it in.
