The breakage deposit includes the damages to breakage/replacement of broken/missing crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, missing linen and or bedding.
Lost keys/gate tags and lost gate phones will also be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited but is permitted on the balcony.
