Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No towels are provided, please ensure you bring these along with you.

If you require a cleaning lady, we can organise this for you at an extra cost of R200 per day from 09:00 to 15:00. Lunch and drinks must be provided by you.

There's a Laundromat available within a 5-minute drive from the house.

An alarm, panic buttons and armed response are installed within the house. The house is not enclosed with a wall or fence and no garages are available.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement although the property is not enclosed. If your pet is well trained, we will consider accommodating them.
