Price Includes

Twelve-sleeper Family Farmhouse: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Two-sleeper Pod: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Stay@Goudyn Camp Stay: Rates displayed are on a camping basis, and guests are required to bring along their own equipment.

House Rules

Farmhouse:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the farmhouse and braai area. Guests should please smoke outside.
Children should always be supervised in and around the swimming pool and hot tub.

Hot Tub:
Hot tub is used at guests' own risk.
Children should always be supervised in and around the hot tub.
The hot tub is heated by an open flame, and there are outlets within the tub. Please be aware of these and exercise caution while using the hot tub. Hot to boiling water is flowing directly into the tub, so be sure to use the wooden paddle provided to mix the water thoroughly.
No diving or jumping. Hot tubs are not deep enough for diving, and jumping can cause injuries.
Enter and exit the hot tub carefully.
Be mindful of the hot tub's temperature. Avoid extremely high temperatures that could lead to overheating or discomfort.
Individuals with certain health conditions, such as heart problems or pregnancy, should consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Pods:
No pets allowed.
Towels that have been permanently stained when used to remove make-up, blood, or clean shoes and floors, will be considered as damaged and will be replaced at the expense of the guest.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the pod and we kindly request that the pods doors are closed when smoking on the deck. Please also pick up cigarette butts and dispose of them in the outside bin.

Campsite:
Campsite regulations strictly prohibit any noise or music.
Children should always be supervised in and around the swimming pool/dam.
Parents are expected to exercise control over their children's behaviour and see that they do not damage the property. etc.
Please keep the terrain neat and tidy and use black bins provided.
No motorcycles or quad bikes are permitted.
No dogs allowed at the campsite, unless prior arrangement has been made and owners’ dogs are treated with respect.
No driving around on neighbouring farms or through vineyards.
