Please note, when the house and cottage are occupied all guests will have full access to all outside spaces.
Please note, the cleaning fee for the cottage differs from that of the main house. The cleaning fee for the cottage is R250, while the main house has a cleaning fee of R1250.
If guests are planning to have a party on the property, kindly disclose the arrangements beforehand. Any party gathering will be charged a refundable breakage fee. Failure to disclose party arrangements will forfeit the booking and guests will be asked to leave immediately.

The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms have 2 single beds and a bunk bed respectively. They share the use of 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath and shower, and the other with just a shower. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. It extends to the dining area where guests can enjoy their meals. The adjacent living area is furnished with comfortable couches and features a cosy fireplace. There is also a lounge room with a TV.
