Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R350 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests should look after the house keys. Missing or lost keys will be the responsibility of the guest.
Any breakages or missing items will also be the responsibility of the guest.
Guests are kindly requested to use electricity and water sparingly and to switch off unnecessary lights.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Strictly no smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes, vaping, and hookahs. The patio area is designated for smoking, and guests should use the provided ashtray for cigarette ashes and butts.
Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted unless prior discussion with the host.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Respect for the property and neighbours is expected at all times, with noise levels kept to a minimum after midnight.
Any illegal activities on the premises are strictly prohibited.
Hot pots and pans should always be placed on trivets to protect countertops and tables.
After using the stove, guests are required to switch it off.
Eating or drinking in the bedroom is not allowed.
Guests are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the unit's tidiness. If unable to do so, Relax Inn can arrange cleaning for a fee per day.
Garbage pickup occurs every Friday morning.
