Breakage Deposit

Please note that there is ongoing construction at one of the neighboring properties until the end of May 2024.
The refundable breakage deposit will be payable directly to the property manager's office a minimum of 21-days prior to arrival date. This payment can be via credit card or EFT. Their offices will contact you at time of booking to provide payment details.
No student, matric rage bookings or groups, events, functions are allowed. This accommodation is most suitable for a family.
Due to the complex's location you will experience environmental sounds such as people residing in the complex, surrounding estates, and road usage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The unit is not suitable for pets.
Property is located in residential area with reasonable noise such as gardening or building work generally acceptable between 07:00 and 18:00, and other noises to about 22:00.
The property has advanced power backup as well as an inverter that powers the TV, Wi-Fi, lights and selected appliances.
