Price Includes

The Manor House: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis, and linen, bath towels and electric blankets are supplied.
Acorn Cottage: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis, and linen, bath towels and electric blankets are supplied.
Savoy Suite: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis, and linen, bath towels are supplied.
The Protea Suite: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis, and linen, bath towels are supplied.
Backpackers Unit A: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Backpackers Unit B: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Backpackers C 10 bed Dorm-Beds 1 to 5: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Stag parties are not allowed and other parties and functions are allowed by arrangement only.

Backpackers guests need to bring their own duvets/sleeping bags and towels
Camping guests need to bring all their own camping equipment.

Self-catering houses:
Children aged between 0 and 1 stay free.
Children aged between 2 and 12 pay 50% of the sliding scale rate.

Backpackers and campers:
Children aged between 0 and 1 stay free
Children aged between 2 and 12 pay 100% (full price) of the sliding scale rate.

Cancellation Policy

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
